Schöne, moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Pool und 2 Balkonen. Super gelegen Nahe KBC Kite Station. Leiider gerade eine sehr große Baustelle auf der einen Seite des Hauses, daher ein Balkon nicht verwendbar. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, an sich sehr gut organisiert, genaue Adresse wäre fein etwas früher zu erhalten (bekommt man erst 24h vorher) Zudem war es leider etwas dreckig. Sonst alles super.

Recommended. Loved the apartment. Very spacious, well equipped, clean, calm & safe. The Nile view was nice but the apartment is not directly on the Nile, it’s like on the second row. Stairs area of that floor looked like a construction site. Price is a bit high.

Our stay was unfortunately far from pleasant. The bed in a room was broken from the second night, and the AC wasn’t working in another room. Even worse, the bed collapsed again while we were sleeping, which caused our baby to cry and forced us to sleep on the floor. Everything in the house felt , weak, and on the verge of breaking. there was no compensation, no proper solution, and not even an apology for two ruined nights

Very impressed with this cabin. Its impeccably furnished and was in pristine condition. Its also a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures -would comfortably take 3 people. Beach is 30 seconds walking and the cabin had a stunning sunset view. My first time renting with Partment, but definitely won’t be the last. They were super responsive, helpful and flexible. One caveat, Soma Bay is a lot bigger than I had assumed, so its not a walkable distance to the marina where all the restaurants and amenities are. Fortunately my hosts were kind enough to provide a contact for transportation within. All in all a fantastic stay

Superbe logement, l’endroit est très beau et proche de la plage. Il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine mais l’hôte me les a apporté le lendemain. Le lit est très confortable. Un peu loin de la marina et des commerces donc il faut penser à louer un vélo ou un caddy de golf. Je recommande.

We had an excellent stay at this property in Soma Bay. The place is spacious, comfortable, and furnished with high-quality, tasteful pieces. The owner’s attention to detail is clear, making the space both practical and welcoming. We also appreciated the generous supply of freshly laundered towels, which added to the overall comfort. Ms. Touka from the management team was outstanding—always responsive and helpful, ensuring everything was in order throughout our stay. The outdoor grass area was beautifully maintained and gave our boys plenty of space to play, while the jacuzzi was a great way for all of us to unwind and have fun. We also enjoyed using the grill for a family barbecue. Overall, this is a well-cared-for property that made our time in Soma Bay thoroughly enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here.

The villa is very beautiful, well equipped and clean with a good outdoor seating area and roof that was very nice to chill in during sunset, it is also very close to the marina by car. The kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms were very clean, the internet connection was great as well. We did face some issues with accessing the property but we were met with a very responsive and cooperative team that heard our complaints and tried as quick as possible to make amends. Planning on trying Partment once more, in one of there other locations. understanding and I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re planning a trip to Soma Bay.

Sehr schöne Villa, nur leider momentan direkt vor der Baustelle und dadurch Baustellenlärm, -Beleuchtung und Staub im Außenbereich. Aber bei den schnellen Bautätigkeiten sollte das bald abgeschlossen sein. Dann kann man die tolle Dachterasse, inkl. Mega Sonnenuntergang, wieder voll genießen. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (in der Küche fehlen kleinere Details). Das Wohngebiet Bay West/Mesca ist einfach unschlagbar. Strand und Pool sind sehr nah und wunderschön angelegt.

Très belle maison, comme sur les photos. Proche de la plage. Il est conseillé de louer une voiturette de golf ou des vélos pour pouvoir se déplacer facilement dans toute la péninsule. En faisant abstraction du bruit des travaux qui peut être derangeant si vous ne bougez pas de la journée, la maison ainsi que le jardin et le toit terrasse sont vraiment très agréable. Un grand merci à l'agence qui gère le logement : toujours très disponible et d'une grande aide pour comprendre les subtilités d'organisation de Soma Bay.

Excellent stay, nice place with lots of areas to hangout, equipped kitchen and nice area overall. Only issue is the lock to enter is not very straight forward and doesnt always work, but it’s a fairly simple fix and didnt affect our stay whatsoever. Highly recommend this place

This rental was exactly as described on Airbnb. The space was cozy and modern, with comfortable furniture. I had a great stay. The only minor issue was that the kitchen lacked basic groceries like salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, and tea/coffee. We had an amazing weekend as a group of four friends! The location was perfect with stunning views both towards the pier and out to the open sea. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and we got to enjoy them twice as much from the pool and the terrace. The pool area was super relaxing and really added to the whole experience. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we felt truly looked after throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back anytime.
