Booking Requests:
When a booking comes in online, we have 2 scenarios:
Unbooked Nights:
If the requested dates are free, we ask the co-owners to book those days within 24 hours, if no one did, we handle the booking and reconcile earnings at the end of the year, distributing them amongst co-owners based on their remaining quota nights. In cases of unsold shares, Partment acts as a co-owner, ensuring consistent revenue.
Booked Nights:
If a co-owner has a personal stay booked for the requested dates, we offer them the opportunity to relinquish those nights for a fee.
