Property Management: Everything You Need To Know

What’s the first thing you do as soon as you arrive at your vacation home? Clean, take out the furniture, make sure everything is working… A nightmare you no longer have to go through when co-owning your vacation home with Partment, because we take care of everything for you.

What is Partment’s property management like?
Our homes are all ready to move, refurbished, fully-equipped with everything that you need such as a Nespresso machine, Marshalls speaker, internet connection, subscription to Bein sports. Your second home is and will always be ready to welcome you.
To maintain its excellent quality, we run on-going operations before and after each stay such as cleaning, internal maintenance to make sure everything is working properly and in mint condition. That way, you won’t feel any difference everytime you enter the house.
Not only that, but we also provide on-call assistance during your stays, in case anything happens or is needed. You can call your dedicated Property Manager at any point of time.
Does it have a certain fee?
Yes, it is part of our subscription fees.
The subscription fee consists of all property-related running budgeted expenses, such as property insurance, respective taxes, utilities (water, electricity, internet), community maintenance, property maintenance and housekeeping, along with our platform fee as well. It is paid per share, on a monthly basis. And at the end of each year, we cross-check the balance of our actual expenses, and proceed with a reconciliation if needed.
