Why We Built Partment Stays

We saw a growing problem: so many beautiful homes sitting empty for most of the year, while landlords struggle to rent them out properly or give up trying altogether. At the same time, travelers are tired of overpriced hotels and unpredictable listings.
So we created a solution that works for both sides.
