Partment Solutions doesn’t offer a free trial for users to experience the services before purchasing a subscription.
Subscribers/Users cannot cancel their recurring subscription at any time without being charged. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation is not possible unless approved by Partment Solutions.
Subscriptions are for ongoing access to our service(s). By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee until you cancel your subscription (Terminate your contract).
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 7 days of your subscription renewal date providing proof of contract termination, proof for waiver. Refund requests due to issues beyond Partment Solutions's control will not be honored.
To request a refund, please contact our Community Ops team at info@partment.co. Include your account information, subscription details, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 45 days. Please note that refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
Partment Solutions reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised policy. Amendments may be made to this policy from time to time by Partment at its discretion. All amendments to this policy shall be in writing and changes to the policy will be communicated to subscribers via email or through our website.
